We pride ourselves on our
knowledge of worldwide recipes and exotic ingredients. Suzan Croxford has lived in
West Africa and the Middle East and spent many years working for international
clients. We are familiar with both Kosher and Halal dietary restrictions, and
have composed special diets for clients recovering from major medical trauma,
where the nurturing of the body is paramount in recovery to optimum health. Our
innovative vegetarian menus are spectacular and diabetics, coeliacs and other
serious allergies can all be considered. We do however have to decline
preparation of food for nut allergy sufferers – our kitchen is not a sealed
environment and we frequently use and store nuts on the premises. |
