Canapes: 

Barbecued Duck and Ginger Tartlets

Gorgonzola and Fennel Tarts (V)
Rosti with Smoked Trout and Crème Fraiche 

Followed by 

Avocado Terrine served with Cherry Tomato and Basil Salad (V)
Avocado mousse layered with halved avocados
 

And then 

Thai Salmon Filo Parcels with Coriander and Lime Tartare Sauce
Fillets of salmon with ginger, lime, garlic, coriander and spring onions, encased in light filo pastry parcels

 Served with 

Baby Summer Vegetables with Lemon Vinaigrette (V)
Baby carrots, peas, broad beans and spring onion bulbs in a vinaigrette of lemon, white wine vinegar, olive
oil and mustard, finished with mint and chives
 

And for pudding 

A Terrine of Summer Fruits with Crème Fraiche
Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and redcurrants set in sparkling
rose wine jelly – stunning!
 

And finally 

Colombian Coffee and Chocolates
